LWCC earned a Celent Model Insurer award for legacy modernization after delivering measurable impact across distribution management, submission intake, underwriting, and agent experience—modernization powered by Salesforce with PS Advisory as systems integrator. Highlights include: submission intake reduced from 20–30 minutes to approximately 5 minutes through automation, underwriting straight-through processing (STP) up from 40% to 71%, endorsement automation from 0% to 50% STP, and agency visit report prep cut from 2-3 hours to 15 minutes, alongside the launch of a unified underwriting workbench and a re-engineered broker portal.
